A local little gem, right next to the big bucks—Starbucks. I’ve gone to Zulu for quite a few years, but I’m just now posting its review. Zulu is a great, quick, safe, and delicious option. It’s right in the heart of Lehi, UT big tech, making it the perfect lunch pit stop.

Service here is always friendly—like “small town barista remembers your order” level of friendly. While the menu doesn’t scream “gluten-free” with flashy logos, they’ve got a detailed allergen sheet right at the register. I peeked at it like it was a menu at Chanel, and yes, I appreciated the transparency.

Let’s talk dessert. Zulu stocks a lineup of gluten-free goodies that are safely sealed and basically whisper your name as you walk by. They’re grab-and-go style, which means less drama and more snacking.

What really sealed the deal for me? Zulu lets you modify dishes that aren’t originally gluten-free to make them safe. That kind of flexibility is rare and earns them serious brownie points—gluten-free brownies, obviously.

It’s giving flavor depth—sweet, bitter, salty, all in one bite. Think Real Housewife with layers. A solid 4 out of 5 on the delic-o-meter. Totally celiac-safe, though I’d love to see those GF icons added for that extra clarity.
